Residential Support Worker (Days) - Children's LD Steppingstones - Chesterfield

Steppingstones is a residential Childrens service based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire for up to 7 young people.

The young people we provide care for are aged 11-18 years with challenging behaviour, Learning Disabilities and associated needs.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 NVQ in children & young people or equivalent or be willing to work towards this qualification, which would be funded by the company.

It is preferred that you have current or recent experience within children’s residential services.

For this role you will need:

• Flexible to shift patterns
• Driver preferred but not essential
• At least 1 years of experience working in a supporting environment with Children.
