Home Manager- Woodborough, Nottingham- Mental Health

The Heathcotes Group is currently seeking a Home Manager to oversee our service in St Ann’s Hill, Nottingham. Heathcotes Woodborough is a specialist residential service for adults with mental health needs and challenging behaviours. We are really keen to get excellent Manager on board, who is looking for a new challenge, to drive this service forward.

We are now seeking a likeminded individual who shares our vision to join us.

You will have responsibility for all managerial aspects of the home; with your top priority being to focus on ensuring the best standards of care are maintained, exceeding CQC and other regulatory bodies’ expectations.
You will support members of your staff team and motivate them to ensure that person-centred care is being delivered.
It is essential to have experience in the learning disabilities / mental health sector, ideally you will have worked with challenging behaviours also.
We require somebody with experience at management level- ideally you will have your Level 5 however Level 3 would be considered.
